Positioned side by side on the waterfront of Carneiros, with the sea mere steps away and the horizon line drawn directly from the windows, this ensemble was conceived for those who understand that the right space changes everything. The land is the silent protagonist of every moment lived here. Proximity to the sea is not merely geographical—it is sensorial. The sound of waves arrives before dawn. The breeze carries salt. Afternoon light paints the walls golden. No decorative detail surpasses what nature delivers freely, at every hour of the day. Together, the two residences accommodate up to twenty guests with the generous spatial proportions that large groups rarely find in a single property. Eight bedrooms, four of them suites, distributed between the two houses in such a way that each guest's privacy coexists with the togetherness of those who came as one.
